Any data source

The dashboard module can create graphical representations of data from any accessible source, and make these available to any user group within an organization’s intranet, extranet or website.

These graphs may incorporate the following data sources:

Data available within standard Claromentis applications.
For example, forecast information from the Claromentis Sales Manager application can be provided to users. Graph type and colours can be modified using the dashboard administration panel.
Data available within custom-developed Claromentis-based applications
For example, audit logs may be required in graphical format to understand trends in intranet usage.
Data from sources outside the Claromentis Framework
Data from outside the Claromentis Framework is accessible using CSV or SQL interfaces. The dashboard connects to the source database or file, obtains the required data and presents this information in a graph.

Common data sources include:

Key financial data
Key performance indicators
HR data such as staff numbers and changes by department, and compensation summaries
Data from point of sale (POS) or enterprise resource management (ERP) systems
