True publishing collaboration

The page approval workflow within the Claromentis Enterprise Content Manager application enables true publishing collaboration. The process is as follows:

Completed pages are sent to a user with approval rights (approver)
The approver either makes comments and sends the page back to the originator for review, or if appropriate, approves the page
When approved, the page is automatically published with notification sent to a user with publishing rights (publisher)

Using the sophisticated permission structure within the Claromentis Portal environment, users can be given approval only, publishing only, or approval and publishing rights.
