With Claromentis Document Manager, you can import your data in three ways:

allows you to define the import source and destination. It also enables you to select specific file types, ensuring that you only import data you need. You can also specify metadata to help categorise the imported documents. Simple file checking verifies the number of files and their size before import.

Claromentis File Upload Utility tool

This is a exe. file that can be given to members of staff who do not have access to the administration panel, but wish to upload multiple files. This is an HTTP resumable upload utility that allows you start and stop the upload process where

needed.

 

Compression tools

Claromentis Document Manager supports both .rar and .zip compression files. The application automatically recognizes these files and gives users the option to store them either as compressed packages, or unpack them and store the contents separately.
