High-resolution images which have large file sizes can be uploaded once only, while Gallery automatically serves the user with various file sizes and resolutions on demand when they download the image.

As an example this eliminates the need to upload various resolutions or size options for print and web work.

Permission Based Album

Images are stored in albums where permissions can be implemented giving selected users or groups rights to view or edit the images.

Lightbox

Gallery supports a lightbox facility allowing users to download multiple images at once,

as a zip file.
