Clipboard

If you have ‘move and delete’ rights you can use the clipboard for the following actions:

Web mail attachments
Attach document files to messages, using the web mail solution provided within the Claromentis Portal environment.
Amend metadata
Make multiple changes to the metadata for the selected file on the clipboard.
Copy files
Copy a file to another location.
Move files
Move items from one location to another.
Create file links
Enables a document to be viewed from more than one location. For example, a document may be located in a restricted finance department folder, but be viewed by a Sales Manager using a link in the sales department folder.
