BPM Software Field Conditions.

Field Conditions

Field conditions are used to control actions and events within a Business Process Management project. An example of a field condition might be... "If the check-box is checked" or "The value of a field is less than 100". These conditions can then be used to execute a number of different events, including, but not limited to:

  • Sending notifications
  • Starting/Stopping a timer (SLA's)
  • Changing other field values
  • Showing or hiding other fields or sections within the form
  • Locking or Unlocking Fields for editing
  • Executing a plug-in

Conditions are an important aspect of coding powerful form based workflows. They enable any of a powerful range of actions to take place whenever required for an individual workflow.
