Audit is a comprehensive application to log all activities by the users of the system. Analysis of the Audit logs answer questions such as which users are using particular areas of the system. If required activities can be awarded points and contribute to a users rank in the system.
View Audit Management
Schedule, manage and run individual audits against sites.
A calendar system and permission system allows the lead auditors to schedule all audits for each site. This includes specifying the relevant legislation that will form the subject of the audit as well as the audit team. The system allows for multiple legislation sets to be reviewed in a single visit, so increasing efficiency.
Upload and maintain question sets for any number of audit requirements governed by appropriate legislation.
The Audit Manager application fully supports all relevant legislation, as well as internal requirements and ad hoc questions.
Record all categories of non conformance.
For compliance the most important category of observations are non compliances, however the system also allows the recording of more positive observations with appropriate scoring for each.
Score all site audits - The system calculates the total score for each audit at each side, enabling trend analysis over time. This provides a consistent set of information for Quality Management review.
Record and manage all corrective actions against non conformances.
Each non conformancy has corrective actions assigned against it. These remedial actions are clearly assigned to a recipient. The relevant workflow for all non conformancies includes verification by the audit team before the corrective action is marked as complete.
